If you hire a Recommended Business through SINeighbors.com and experience a problem, we encourage you to report it to us. We’ll personally reach out to the business on your behalf, discuss the situation, and do our best to help facilitate a fair resolution. While we can’t guarantee the outcome of every dispute, we believe open communication helps resolve many issues before they escalate.

Businesses that receive repeated, credible, and unresolved complaints may have their Recommended Business status reviewed and may be removed from the directory at our discretion.

While we work to promote trustworthy local businesses, neighbors should always do their own research before hiring, including reading reviews, asking questions, requesting estimates, and making the decision that feels right for their needs.
