Flawless Permanent Cosmetics & Spa
Angela and Elsa first met in 2017 at a conference in Memphis, TN for the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. In 2019 they were married and decided to bring their two businesses together to form Flawless Permanent Cosmetics & Spa in Staten Island, NY.
In addition to blending businesses, they also created their last name from their maiden names Torresi and Milani to create Torresiani.
Elsa Torresiani, CPCP
Elsa completed cosmetology school as part of high school and immediately started working in the beauty industry as a colorist at Warren Tricome/Saks 5th Ave. She was introduced to permanent cosmetics when we went to have her scars from a childhood dog attack covered up. Elsa immediately fell in love with the procedure and decided to pursue a career in permanent cosmetics. In 2015 she founded Flawless Permanent Makeup By Elsa in Chicago, IL where she maintains a studio and travels to monthly.
Elsa is a trainer and speaker and has written for several industry publications. She is currently head of the Young Professionals Committee for the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.

Angela Torresiani, CPCP
Angela started tattooing in 1997, and worked full time as a tattoo artist form 2000-2013. In 2003 she was introduced to permanent cosmetics at a BBQ due to a scar on her lip that forced her to constantly reapply makeup to cover it. In 2013 Angela stopped tattooing to focus solely on permanent cosmetics.
Angela is a trainer and speaker and has written for several industry publications. She is active in the PMU industry and served on the board of directors of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals from 2018-2020 as Communications Chair and from 2020-2023 as President.

Anjelika Kuvaldina, RN, BSN
20 years ago without speaking a word of English, Anjelika immigrated to the US. A former economist, she decided to become a RN, BSN. After a rewarding career as a wound and ostomy specialist nurse, Anjelika decided in 2020 to return to her artistic passions and a new career in permanent cosmetics. She brings her artistic eye and understanding of the skin and body from nursing, giving her a unique perspective in her work. She is trained in eastern European procedures such as nano brows and aquarel lips which use single needle techniques.

Danni is a licensed Cosmetologist and Esthetician in NY/NJ.
Mariola Reagan
Mariola is a licensed esthetician with 20+ years of experience, specializing in European facials and waxing.
Francesca D’Ambrosio
Francesca is a certified medical esthetician and reiki practitioner. Her interest in skin care sparked during her five years spent living in the Dominican Republic. This is where she ran a beach from store learning about natural skin care from locals and sharing her finding with tourists from all over the world. Today, she thrives by helping others feel proud of their skin and spiritual fit with her signature reiki facial and full body reiki healing. Francesca also provides eye lash extensions and many different facial options.
Blanca Rosa Santiago

Linda Rodriguez
Linda started her career as a fashion merchandiser and buyer for many years until moving into the medical field where she learned about cosmetic procedures and injectables, but her true passion is in her creativity. Linda started her own business as an event stylist, creating one of a kind parties and events as well as custom gifts, desserts and creative experiences.
