Key Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles and accurately identify customer service needs
Review service history, identify recalls, and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs
Clearly communicate repair recommendations to clients
Promote the sale of services, parts, and accessories
Write and verify accurate repair orders with complete supporting documentation
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards (C.S.I.)

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor experience (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
C.S.I.-driven mindset
Clean driving record
