Island Auto Group is expanding its state-of-the-art service departments and is seeking multiple experienced Assistant Service Managers to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Manager with daily operations and workflow management
- Dispatch work efficiently to technicians
- Support overall service department productivity and organization
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Qualifications
- Dealership experience required (applications without dealership experience will not be considered)
- Former mechanics or dispatchers strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage workflow in a high-volume environment

Compensation & Benefits
- $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
